As every item is hand made, orders are dispatched within 48 business hours.

The Komboloi Shop is not responsible for any postal service delays and in the event an item is lost in transit,  a replacement or refund will be given once the item is deemed lost by the postal carrier. 

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges your country may charge. 

All items are shipped requiring a signature on delivery, if no one is present to sign, the package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection (process may differ from country to country)

Orders that contain Pre-Order items will be despatched when the entire order is fullfilled. 

Orders are processed daily except Sundays and Mondays (Closed). If you haven’t received your shipping email - please check your junk mail

Returns:

All our products are hand made and checked prior to being sold. 

We are always happy to assist with exchanges if the item is a gift. 

If there are any concerns with your purchase, please contact us asap so that we can find a solution. 

No refunds given due to change of mind 

Return postage is at the buyers expense. 

No refunds or exchanges will be given if the item is damaged due to misuse nor on custom orders that were specifically ordered.
